This past week was our last family week of the summer season. We had 38 guests (full house!) and apart from a short sharp bit of hail and rain on Monday the weather was perfect for ridin' and ropin'. The kids were amazing and pitched in with all the activities, including washing the dishes at pack camp! Who knew kids would be so excited to help out while on vacation. We also hosted another family from the Wounded Warriors Vail Veterans program. Ryan, a former marine helicopter pilot with his wife Pam, his kids Maya, Noah, and Hope were a pleasure to be around. Going forward, we're only hosting adults for the next month. We'd like to thank all the families who came out for a visit this summer. It's been a hootin' good time exploring the high country has to offer with y'all on our Colorado Dude Ranch. We look forward to new and familiar faces next summer!
