Black Mountain Colorado Dude Ranch is a great place to escape everything! This last week, BMR had 40 guests, which is the capacity for the ranch. While here, people can ride horses, lasso cows, and even go swimming in Jake's Lake off a new dock that was put in. This week two people renewed their wedding wows! In ranch fashion they were dressed so that they could ride horses when the vows were stated. One of our wranglers, Matt, was officiating the vow-renewal. Sue and Walt love riding horses (and the ranch!), so it was great to re-officiate their wedding at a place that offered what they love doing. At the end of the stay, the guests enjoyed the rodeo at Eagle County Fair. Guests got a chance to see how riding horses could be used as a career. Time spent at the ranch was a chance for people to escape their hectic lives, see how horse riding could make them happy, and even be turned into a paying job-it's not only just for fun!
