Mamie was born and raised in Michigan. She grew up in a crazy large Italian family, everyone being very close, whether they could help it or not :) Mamie went to small schools all her life where she participated in several sports, including soccer and softball. She graduated with 50 students, all of whom she is still very close with.  After high school Mamie attended Northern Michigan University, where she studied Hospitality Management. All her working life Mamie has been in the service industry as either a waitress or cashier. Being around people and making them happy is very important to her. She absolutely loves to see others smiling and laughing. When Mamie was around 17 she became very interested in the West. The mountains and the outdoor lifestyle have always intrigued her. Finally after looking up many other dude ranches, she found Black Mountain Ranch, which gave life to her dream of country living. Here Mamie is a housekeeper and waitress. She is very happy to say that her summer here has been one of the greatest summers of her life. She has made some amazing friends and can't wait to see what the future holds for her!
