A Colorado Dude Ranch Vacation: A Week in Pictures 

Heading back from the trails after a lunch ride up to Jake's Lake..  Digging in to some finger licking good BBQ compliments of Chef Bob....   Kaylee fitting our guests with chaps for the week. They sure do help with the adjustment to life in the saddle... Our team of horses catching a quick bite before heading out on the trails.    Enjoying the views... no camera required!  One of our favorite trails, Rufus Ridge! (That's Apache leading the way!)  Riding through the sage brush on a quiet afternoon ride....   Bonding with a few found friend...  Our sunsets at our ranch are something quite amazing...  Three amigos enjoying some afternoon R & R outside their cabin...  Back on the trails, time for another ride this time up to pack camp...    Josephine, our newest donkey addition joined us last summer and is never far away from the action...  And our horses are always eager to join in the fun...  The nightly stampede out to pasture is something we never tire of seeing...  Our female wranglers heading up a few line dances in the saloon....  A cold beer with new found friends is a great way to end the day...  And after a few, you never know what could happen....   Memories made that last a lifetime...  Trying out a hand at roping cattle...   Pushing them back to pasture after we are done with checkups..  Our wranglers getting in a bit of roping to practice before rodeo season begins...  Head down to the shooting range to try your hand at something different...    Or head into the arena for a quick lesson to brush up on your skills in the saddle...   It's hard to say goodbye... but you are always welcome back again!   Another wonderful week up at Black Mountain Ranch!
