A two week blog! I’m sorry if you were looking for the one last week, it fell to the way side as I prepare to head home earlier than expected this season as my mother isn’t well and I’m gonna go take care of her down south for a while! 

How wild is it that it’s August 1^stalready?  Insane. Pretty soon it’ll be September and we’re that much closer to closing day. This summer has flown by for us; always ready and looking towards the next week of guests while living in the moment and basking in the individuality that each week brings us!  

What a week! Sun and rain and so much laughter. The Perry and Surritt families were back this week making up a little less than half the guests and they know how to have fun on the trails and in the saloon!

We were prepping for this week at 16 guests and by Saturday afternoon had 22! Sometimes it works out that way and sometimes we’re capped out for the week ahead of time. It’s always interesting what weeks draw people and which ones seem to be more open. 

Last week was a quieter week and that’s all right! Everyone enjoyed themselves and made the best out of their vacation. Sometimes vacations leave us all tired and sometimes they leave us well rested, this was one of those weeks.
