This last week was a great way to end another summer month of June. The weather held up beautifully leaving perfect days for lots of riding, white water rafting and relaxing. Our guests were a wonderful group of people and we even welcomed some to their 13th season visiting the ranch. Now we're looking forward to bringing in the 4th of July Black Mountain Ranch Style!  

This week was one for the books! Having two of our wranglers turn 30 & 40 and a long time guest bring in another year we had a lot to celebrate, and boy did we! Between beautiful weather, wonderful people, fantastic rides and some long nights at the saloon I'd say what better way to bring in some birthdays. This was also the first week with kiddos who had an awesome time. One little cowboy mentioned to me at dinner that this was his favorite trip. Well, we can't wait to see what next week ...

Well...an end to yet another great week here at BMR! This was our last adult only week until fall and we couldn't have asked for a better group. We were able to bring in wonderful old friends and made new ones to last. Heck, we even connected with some awesome gals who came all the way across the Big Pond from England to experience The US in an authentic western way. A highlight to the week was the kickoff to the Steamboat Rodeo and we're looking forward to a good summer up there. With great ...
