We are currently accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant for the 2018 summer season. Season starts Mid May and runs through late September but are dates are flexible. We are looking for a full time position to join our team and staff for an amazing summer season. Housing is included!
- Answering phones
- Taking reservations
- Use excel spread sheets to generate bar tabs, bar inventory, store sales and customer invoices
- Use MS word to generate daily menus, guest lists and more.
- Direct contact with guests to determine any special needs, transportation and invoicing.
- Help the ranch transition to a new bookkeeping and reservation platform
- Assist on our social media platforms
- Some housekeeping
Applicant must have customer service experience, as you are the face of our ranch and one of our key point people on our staff.
Compensation: Salary plus bonus, housing, and meals.
You’ll even have time for horseback riding and participating in ranch activities!
